Christelle Matou

Christelle Matou was born and raised in France and is originally from the French Caribbean island of Guadeloupe. Christelle is based in NYC where she earned a Master of Fine Art for Stage and Film from NYU Tisch School of the Arts.  She designed costumes for The Night of the Iguana (The Walker Theatre) NYU Tisch New Play The Great Disappointment (The Atlas Theatre) and Dance Productions of Terra Marra and The Boot (The Jack Crystal Theatre). Costume film credits include: The Mailbox, LP, Kashmir, Confidence, Splashes of Dye. As a Production Designer, Christelle’s film credits include: The Mailbox, Nowhere, LP, music video Black Girl Magic and streaming series pilots The Island and B-sides.
