Joan Marie (Friday) is an actor, singer, dancer, director and choreographer from NYC. She is thrilled to be returning to the wonderful ensemble of The Fridays. She holds a BFA in Acting with a minor in dance from SUNY Fredonia. Favorite performing credits include Beautiful Fig (Dyyana) at The Barrow Group, This is Our Youth (Jessica), and A Midsummer Night’s Dream (Hermia). She works as a Resident Actor at The Flea theatre in New York City. In addition to her performing she serves as an acting teacher, director and choreographer for the teen theatre group at Main Street Theatre and Dance Alliance on Roosevelt Island. Her choreography will be featured this spring in MST&DA’s production of Oh What A Lovely War (March 29- March 31). Upcoming Performances: Serials at The Flea (May 2nd – May 11th).
